[Sorry, I don't know why I can't seem to find this post. It was basically moves like the Paci Pick up (when baby drops the paci all day long), the burp cloth grab (forgetting it in another room: this keeps up your cardio when you have a baby who spits up non stop!), etc.]

If you're going to be doing these things anyway, why not find a way to at least make them SOUND like exercise?!?! :)
So funny! I'm wishing for a baby myself, so maybe one day I'll be joining you in these exercises! :)

ReplyDeleteNose to sky could be very dangerous if you have a spit up baby! Happy exercising and Happy PINT!
ReplyDeleteSo funny!
ReplyDeleteWith my 2 year-old- it's the diaper dash. Where I have to chase him up a flight of stairs to put a diaper on him.
That is too cute! Now youjust need to add in the spinning (holding baby close, and spinning her til she laughs uncontrollably!) and the squat/arm lift...where you squat down and throw baby (not actually letting go of her) into the air, and repeat...those are good for your butt! :)
ReplyDeletewith my son, it's the dodge and circle. he's lying down so i can put on his diaper and i dodge his legs and make a cicular motion as i do it. the dodging is for me, so i wont break my nose. the circular motion is purely for laughs.
